"Preservation of Site Memories" Art Exhibit

The Elizabeth Rozier Gallery, located inside Union Hotel at 101 Jefferson Street, will host Harry Bradley and Dan Woodward’s “Preservation of Site Memories.” This exhibit features individual works, collaborations and theoretical exercises based on memory, time spent together and space occupation. The gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and admission is free. Maidens IV- ‘Celtic Fire with Class’

Join the Community Concert Association on Friday, March 6, at the Miller Performing Arts Center for Maidens IV. Audience members will be delighted by the Maidens IV mix of the rock and roll lavor of the Bothy Band and the angelic voice talent of Celtic Woman. Enjoy the original compositions of Celtic and Folk music lare from the four Justice Sisters of the music ensemble Maidens IV. Border Battle Soccer Tournament
March 7-8
The Border Battle tournament has been established as one of the Midwest's premier spring soccer events. It is held annually at the 63 Sports Complex in Jefferson City. The Border Battle features some of the strongest premier teams in the Midwest, including many state and regional champions. The event has attracted teams from 14 different states over the years. All games are played on one location—the 63 Sports Complex, which has 24 Bermuda fields.
Family History Day: Missouri's Judicial Records

On March 14 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Missouri Archives, Senior Reference Archivist, Patsy Luebbert guides participants through the variety of court records available, including probate, explaining how to access the records, and how to interpret the information found for use in genealogy research.This program is free and open to the public. 16th Annual Capitol City Classic

Hardship and Hope: Missouri Women Writing about their Lives, 1820-1920

On March 26 at 7 p.m. at the Missouri Archives, Carla Waals performs dramatic readings from the life stories of a variety of Missouri women who wrote of the hardships they faced and the hope that sustained them. Covering a little more than a century, the stories document the important role women played throughout Missouri’s history. This program is free and open to the public. "The Dixie Swim Club" Dinner Theatre

The Capital City Players present "The Dixie Swim Club", a dinner theatre production at Shikles Auditorium, 1200 Linden Drive. A comedy by Jesse Jones, Nicholas Hope and Jamie Wooten. From the creators of Dearly Beloved, this is a comedy about a championship girls swimming team and the life long friendships. Each year the girls get together for a beach weekend and laugh, drink and reminisce. A play with wit and heart. Runge Conservation Nature Center Native Plant Sale and More
